Who We Serve...

Girls Receiving Abundant Blessings was established in 2000 to meet the needs of girls and young women ages 12-21. Young women who are labeled as "At Risk", teenage/single moms, victims of physical, mental and sexual abuse, homeless and/or in poor living conditions. Many of our girls and young women we help were left feeling traumatized, devastated, neglected, depressed, suicidal, and with no self-esteem as a result of their experiences. The mental and emotional affect caused by their experiences pushed many of them to promiscuous lives that resulted to pregnancy and/or contracting sexually transmitted diseases. G.R.A.B.'s mission is to transform these young women from being statistics to success stories.

Why Girl's and Young Women...
Our CEO and Founder, Mari W. Gauthier is a survivor of child and adolescent sexual and physical abuse. She spent her adolescent life being homeless and neglected then later becoming pregnant at 17. She knows what it's like to have no one to be there and protect you as a child. For over 15 years Mari has been committed to being a Mother to the Motherless and a Friend to the Friendless. Through her various community events, workshops, conferences and spending time mentoring girl's and young women, Mari and her team has helped over 3,000 girl's overcome their past and live their lives more abundantly!
Our future goals is to build safe havens across the U.S and Abroad
and Community resource centers for Girl's, Women and their Children.
